Processing, Shipping & Handling

Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to production. All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days.
And if you choose 'rush order' (additional charge only $3.95), same day processing (if ordered before 11.30am PST) will apply!
If for any exceptional reason we can not process and ship out your order within 4 business days, we will contact you by telephone or email.
We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your payment, and another one once your order has been shipped.warehouse.

Our shipping & handling (charges) are simple, see the charts below:

Depending on the weight/volume, your order will be shipped in an envelope or parcel through the services of Canada Post. At all times we send the gift box as a parcel.
Shipping times depend on the (province or country of) destination, see our chart below. Please add two to three business days for purchases shipped in an envelope (containing typically 1-3 small items).

Expedited Post will be used for all parcel deliveries unless Express Post is requested.

Simply Colors unfortunately can not give any guarantees for delivery times indicated by Canada Post.
However, if you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact us!

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address submitted during the ordering process, we will have to charge the costs of re-shipping unfortunately.

Worldwide company
We do ship internationally as well. For international shipments, the shipping costs will appear while ordering but feel free to contact us with any special requests.
