How do I order?

On our Homepage, you’ll find “Choose your item” in the red area at the top. By clicking on a specific item, you will arrive at the design page of that particular item. Now you can make your choices:
  • Size
  • Colour
  • Print side(s)
  • Design + size
  • Font type
  • Print colour

Overview of your order
After ordering, you will see an overview of the item(s) in your shopping cart. Here you can see what item(s) you have ordered with all details, but you still can easily edit your order. If you want to add an item click Continue Shopping, otherwise go to Check Out.

Now you can decide whether you wish to order gift wrapping with a personal message to the recipient.

When you have shopped at our store before, you can easily log in with your email address and password. If you are new to our store, your contact information will be requested, together with a password for easy access to your account (next time or to check the status of your current order). In case the delivery address differs from your own address, for example when your order is a gift, you can enter the delivery information in a separate area and we’ll take care that your purchase will arrive at the recipient's address. None of this information will be made available to third parties, ever!

Just before you will end up at the payment page, there is still opportunity to check & edit the address information entered. Now you can choose from our various processing, shipping and payment options, and you will be redirected to the secure pages of our payment provider. Once you have clicked “Place Order”, your purchase will be reserved by Simply Colors. Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please check all details of your order carefully! After receipt of your payment, your purchase will be processed and shipped out within three business days, unless “rush processing” is chosen (<24 hours). For shipping times click here.

Because of the huge amount of different computer screens available on the market, it might be possible that the actual colour of the item differs slightly from the colour you have seen on your screen, depending on your display settings. However, we receive very few complaints about this which ensures us that our customers are extremely satisfied with the outcome of their purchase!

- Can I place an order by phone? 
As we want to avoid spelling errors or other miscommunication, we unfortunately can only accept online orders.

- Why can I only print one text line or illustration on the front of a hoodie?
There’s a limited space only between the collar and the pockets of a hooded sweater. However you can print the back of a hoodie with 3 text lines, or an illustration with a text line.

- Why is there a maximum of 15 characters available per text line?
If we would print more than 15 characters, the text would become too small or end up under the arm pits. However if you want to print a slightly longer text than automatically allowed by the system, you can always contact Customer Service to see whether we can be of help in printing the desired text.

- Can I choose more than one font type or print colour on one item?
No, you can choose one font type and one print colour only, for the front and back of one item.

- Can I provide my own logo?
Yes, you can email a logo (in jpeg format) to Customer Service and we will do our best efforts to make it work in our cutting software. You will typically receive an answer to your request within 24 hours.

- Is it possible for my company to order baby shower gifts directly from Simply Colors?
Yes that is possible. Please contact Customer Service as they can inform you in more detail.

- How do I know if my order has been placed and what the status of my order is?
With a successful order you instantly receive a "Thank you for your order" message on your screen. Soon after that you will receive an email. NOTE: you will receive this order confirmation before you make the payment for your order!
Upon successful payment of your order, you will immediately receive a payment confirmation. In case you do not receive an email confirming payment, please contact Customer Service TOLL FREE at 1 888 625 3148 or at as we may not have received your payment.
In case you have opted for payment by personal check you will receive a payment confirmation after receipt of your personal check. Once your order gets shipped, we will send another confirmation by email. In case you have a complaint, please let us know at your earliest convenience. Please try to have your order number at hand when you phone us, so that we can help you even more efficiently. You can also inform us of your complaint by email and attach a picture of the item which is the subject of your complaint. You will receive a response to your email within 24 hours.

- How can I place a comment in your guestbook?
In your shipping confirmation email you will receive the link to our guestbook, enabling you to leave your comment. In the event you do not have your shipping confirmation anymore, just send an email (and we love photos!) to We will then make sure that your comments will be placed in our guestbook.
